What is your return policy?
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please don’t hesitate to return unwanted items within 30 days for a full refund. Customers should contact customer service to create a return request. Queenside will cover the cost of return shipping in instances where the product is deemed to be damaged or defective upon arrival. Customers are responsible for the freight on regular returns. All items must be in original condition with all tags, relevant packaging, and instructions.
Can I cancel an order?
If you would like to cancel an order, you must do so before the item has shipped (items usually ship within 1 to 2 days). If the item has already been shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
What are the delivery charges for orders from the Shop?
All orders over $99 ship free. Backordered items will be shipped at a later date for no additional cost.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Shop?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Amazon Payments, and PayPal.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery typically takes up to five days, but products can arrive in as little as two days.
How secure is shopping on your site? Is my data protected?
Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.
What if my products are damaged in shipment?
Please contact us right away if you receive a package that has been damaged so that we may file a claim with the carrier and sent a replacement promptly.
How will I know when my order has been received?
You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of ordering, and we will also notify you via email when your order has been shipped.
