If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please don’t hesitate to return unwanted items within 30 days for a full refund. Customers should contact customer service to create a return request. Queenside will cover the cost of return shipping in instances where the product is deemed to be damaged or defective upon arrival. Customers are responsible for the freight on regular returns. All items must be in original condition with all tags, relevant packaging, and instructions.
If you would like to cancel an order, you must do so before the item has shipped (items usually ship within 1 to 2 days). If the item has already been shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
